  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee.
  • 2.4. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and deny you access to The 1% at any time for any reason, without notice or explanation.

3. Intellectual Property

  • 3.1. All content on The 1% is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • 3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from The 1% without our prior written consent.
  • 3.3. You may not use any automated tools or software to scrape or download content from The 1%.

4. User Content

  • 4.1. You may submit content to our community & service, such as photos & videos.
  • 4.2. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
  • 4.3. You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that the content does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • 5.1. You may not use The 1% for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • 5.2. You may not use The 1% to harass, defame, or threaten any person or entity.
  • 5.3. You may not use The 1% to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • 5.4. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to The 1% or any of our systems or networks.
  • 5.5 You may not use our systems to give public feedback or discontent with the service or members. We have a robust complaints procedure which can be found in the ‘information’ section of the website.
  • 5.6 You must be respectful to fellow members and follow the rules in each group chat you are part of.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement

  • 6.1. By using our subscription service, you agree to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with us. The NDA will prohibit you from disclosing any confidential or proprietary information that you may obtain through your use of The 1% or service, in order to prevent causing irreparable harm to our business or other members.
  • 6.2. You acknowledge that such information is valuable and that any unauthorised disclosure could result in significant harm to our business or other members.
  • 6.3. You further agree to abide by the terms of the NDA for the duration of your subscription and for a period of five years following its termination.
  • 6.4. Failure to comply with the terms of the NDA will result in immediate termination of your subscription and legal action to enforce our rights under the agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • 7.1. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of The 1% or the content on The 1%.
  • 7.2. We do not guarantee that The 1% will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • 7.3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of The 1%.
  • 7.4 We are not responsible for the actions of members within our community.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of The 1%.
  • 7.2. Our liability for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with the use of The 1% will be limited to the amount paid by you for your subscription.

9. Indemnification

  • 8.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of The 1% or your violation of these terms and conditions.
