By joining The 1%, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they outline how your membership, perks, and responsibilities work.

1. Membership & Fees

  • You must register and pay your subscription to access The 1% community and services.
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Membership can be cancelled anytime through your profile page. Once cancelled, access ends immediately — there are no partial refunds.
  • The 1% reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice.

2. Confidentiality (NDA)

  • By becoming a member, you agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Anything shared inside The 1% — including content, discussions, business information, or member details — is strictly confidential.
  • This agreement continues for five years after your membership ends.
  • Breaching confidentiality may result in immediate removal and legal action.

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel anytime via your account profile.
  • If you cancel after using exclusive perks (such as free Ibiza guestlist or Glastonbury access) or without speaking to a team member first, you may be banned from rejoining unless all missed payments are repaid.

4. Price Lock Guarantee

  • The price you pay when you join is locked in for life — you’re protected from future price increases, as long as your membership remains active.

5. Ibiza Guestlist Access

  • Members can request free entry to most major Ibiza nightclubs.
  • Each member can submit their own name and, at our discretion, one female guest.
  • Long-standing members may add more guests with prior approval.
  • Guestlist access is through a private portal — sharing the password or link is strictly forbidden.
  • All entries are reviewed by The 1% team and approved at our discretion.

6. Hotel Booking Portal

  • Members get access to an exclusive booking portal offering up to 30% off hotels worldwide.
  • All bookings must be made in your name. Non-member bookings incur a 5% surcharge.
  • Non-refundable hotels: booked securely through a private line (no card details are stored).
  • Free-cancellation hotels: paid through a secure link.
  • Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation — please check all details carefully before finalising.
  • For cancellations or changes, message The 1% assistant as soon as possible.
  • The 1% is not responsible for errors you make during booking.
  • In the rare case of an issue or dispute, our team will help liaise with the hotel on your behalf, though The 1% cannot be legally liable for hotel partners’ actions or policies.

7. The 1% Insurance

  • Any service vouched for and handled directly by The 1% (e.g. ticket sourcing) is fully insured.
  • This means your money is protected and safe — in the very unlikely event of a problem, we’ll ensure it’s resolved or refunded.
  • This insurance only applies to services processed directly by The 1%, not external third-party providers.

8. Third-Party Services

  • We sometimes connect members with third-party providers (travel, events, business services, etc.).
  • These companies operate independently from The 1%.
  • While we recommend only trusted partners, we cannot guarantee their performance or accept liability for their actions.
  • Any contracts or payments made with third parties are your responsibility.

9. Member Conduct

  • Be respectful to staff and other members.
  • Follow all community and chat group rules.
  • Avoid sharing private messages, screenshots, or internal information publicly.
  • Refrain from harassment, illegal behaviour, or misuse of the service.
  • Do not use The 1% on behalf of non-members.

10. Content & Copyright

  • All The 1% content is protected by copyright and cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
  • Members may share their own content within the community but grant The 1% the right to reuse or promote it within our platforms.

11. Disclaimer

  • The 1% operates “as is” — while we aim to provide exceptional service, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • We’re not responsible for issues caused by third parties, hotels, or other members.

12. Liability

  • The 1%’s total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for your current subscription term.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

13. Legal

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The 1% operates.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction’s courts.
  • We may update these Terms occasionally — continuing to use the service means you accept any changes.
